Using KoloKut
KoloKut helps salons manage teams, services, sales and reports. You are responsible for the information you enter, access you grant, and your business obligations.
Accounts and teams
Keep your sign-in details secure and grant only necessary permissions. Do not use an account to access another salon’s data without authorization.
Sales and commissions
Confirmed sales form a financial ledger. Corrections use a reasoned void and, when needed, a replacement sale. Commission changes apply to future sales and do not rewrite recorded earnings.
Offline use and copies
Pending sales remain on the device until synchronized. Check their status before uninstalling the app. Export important records regularly.
Subscriptions
Launch access may be free. When a paid subscription is offered, its price and duration are shown before payment. Each Mobile Money payment requires your approval. Failed payments must not activate a subscription. Contact support about payment errors or refund requests.
Account deletion and privacy
You can request account deletion in the app or on our dedicated website page. Personal details are removed and IDs retained in financial records are anonymized. See the privacy policy for details.
